Westminster Medical Group

Westminster Medical Group is a private medical group based on Harley Street in central London.

We run clinical operations, the technology backbone, and patient services across multiple entities under the group - Healthcare, Clinic, London, Meds, and MCS. The work spans booking and patient experience, diagnostics, dispensing, marketing and communications, and the underlying IT.

The challenge - and the joy - is keeping a clinical operation deeply human while building the tooling that lets it scale.
